If your are an Arizona resident and have any of the following debilitating medical conditions you may qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation.

  • Cancer
  • Glaucoma
  • Human immunodeficiency virus
  • Acquired immune deficiency syndrome
  • Hepatitis C
  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
  • Crohn's disease
  • A chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition or the treatment for a chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition that causes cachexia or wasting syndrome
    • severe and chronic pain
    • severe nausea
    • seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy
    • severe or persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis; or
    • A debilitating medical condition or treatment approved by the Department under A.R.S. ยง 36-2801.01 and R9-17-106.
     

    NOTICE: We are NOT currently selling or distributing Medical Marijuana products at this time. The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act recently passed the election of November 2010 and will become law in early 2011. We will not be dispensing Medical Marijuana until we are appropriately licensed by the State of Arizona and the rules regarding the administration of the program have been established by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
